Community Grants Program 2009 Giving Focus The Land O’Lakes Foundation will begin accepting Community Grants after January 2, 2009. A limited number of grants will be made. Hunger issues will be a high priority in 2009. Programs and organizations that serve single communities or counties may wish to pursue funding opportunities through the Foundation’s grassroots funding programs.
